CareerFoundry is helping people build a career they love through immersive online courses and career services in UX Design, UI Design, Data Analytics, and Web Development.

We emphasize a supportive culture focused on collaboration and teamwork. In this particular role, you will support the Career Services team in maintaining and upgrading our alumni and employer relationship initiatives, helping to create a good experience for job seekers.

Your Mission:

You are someone who loves learning and who is enthusiastic, communicative, and detail-oriented. You will play a key role in the development of our career services practices and processes, coach students on job application materials, and foster strong connections with employers and alumni around the globe.

Role description:

You’ll develop and maintain initiatives to motivate job seekers in their search and to increase student engagement (Slack events, webinars, email campaigns etc.)

Provide ongoing analysis of current alumni engagement activities and create your own initiatives to keep our job seekers engaged in the job search process.

You’ll also work with our students to support them in finding suitable jobs after the CareerFoundry program

Job requirements


  • Minimum 3 years experience with career coaching, either in-house or as part of a recruiting agency
  • Expertise in developing relationships with employers and recruiters
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring, ideally in CV/cover letter/online presence optimization
  • Excellent writer and communicator in English
  • Valid work permit for Germany
