To help us promote our cause, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Performance team that covers the execution of paid marketing campaigns across 8+ channels, digital analytics, and CRO.



Your mission at CareerFoundry is to expand and improve our paid social, search and discovery channels. Together with a diverse marketing team you will work on making sure that people interested in career improvement or change find their way to CareerFoundry. You will be able to build on a strong foundation of existing expertise to explore and improve upon our existing processes, as well as bring in your own ideas for improvement and innovation.

Job requirements

Outcomes for this year

  • Improve existing ad accounts by developing a continuous optimization process through a/b testing

  • Scale paid marketing campaign spend, reach and quality while maintaining or improving efficiencies

  • Iterate on creatives and messaging to ensure consistency across channels and build strong collaboration with the Content team

  • Actively participate in strategic planning and development of paid channels

  • Test new networks, channels, targeting etc.

What we expect

  • At least 2 years experience in managing one or several paid marketing channels

  • Great analytical skills and experience in gathering and interpreting marketing data

  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets

  • You are naturally curious about how you can solve customers’ issues and you can articulate how our business will be a great fit for their needs

  • You are self-motivated and eager to learn and improve

  • You speak English fluently
