As a Sales Operations Specialist you are the mediator between Marketing and Sales Teams, and are responsible for all things CRM-related. You feel comfortable drawing conclusions from data, creating email funnels, as well as directly communicating with potential customers. You are always interested in testing new ideas, and are open to learn and grow as a professional. Sound interesting?

1. Communicating with potential customers
Answering user inquiries through our HubSpot CRM and via email.
Noticing different user inquiry trends and working closely with the Content Team on creating new resources that are valuable for our users and subscribers.
Creating and optimizing regular email campaigns for our various subscriber groups.
2. Managing HubSpot CRM
Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and platform changes.
Use your insights and knowledge to create CRM processes and improve user experience and efficiency.
Create and optimize HubSpot integrations.
Create reports on email campaign performance and our subscriber groups.
Identify and troubleshoot problems and bugs.
3. Collaborating with the Sales Team
Assist the Team Lead with the onboarding process of new sales reps.
Support the Sales Team with creating and optimizing their existing processes.
Analyse and record monthly progress of the Sales Team.
Keep track of and document sales processes to make sure everyone is on the same page.
1+ year of experience in an operational or customer facing role.
Experience working with a CRM (direct experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus).
Experience with data analysis and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets.
Sharp attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and a natural ability to draw insights from data to improve existing processes.
Experience in writing email copy for promotional and newsletter campaigns.
Experience in creating email funnels is a plus.
Great time management skills and the ability to successfully run multiple projects/tasks with several team members while hitting deadlines.
Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy and a quick learner of new programs and tools.
Experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge of design and web development, specifically UX and UI design, is a plus.
